1. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WEBSITE

This website is the responsibility of Líbere Hospitality S.L., with NIF B 95953683, company domiciled at C/Gran Vía nº2, 8ºD, 48001 Bilbao, Bizkaia, entity registered in the Mercantile Register of Bizkaia, Volume 5850, Folio 72, Page BI-73271, 1st inscription (hereinafter, "Líbere Hospitality").

2. MOTIVATION

Líbere Hospitality respects the privacy rights of its users and recognizes the importance of protecting the personal information that Líbere Hospitality collects about its users.

The purpose of this document is to inform the Users of the Website about the processing of personal data carried out on this Website.

3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE MERE ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE

3.1. What data is processed:

By simply accessing the Website, Líbere Hospitality collects the IP address and other data relating to the connection and its origin. The IP address is a code that identifies the User's Internet connection at a specific time. Only the User's Internet access provider can identify the subscriber who was assigned an IP address at a particular time.

By the very nature of the server that supports the Website, the User's IP address is automatically logged along with the date and time of access.

3.2. What this data is used for:

This data is used only to manage the normal use of the Website and to perform statistical analysis on the use of the Website.

3.3 Data recipients:

Líbere Hospitality does not disclose this information to third parties unless we are required to do so by applicable law (for example, through an official request as part of a police investigation).

3.4. Lawful treatment:

The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of the IP address is the technological necessity to enable the provision of the Website.

3.5. Term of data processing:

IP addresses will be retained for a period of 1 month.

4. WHAT RIGHTS THE USER HAS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM

Data protection regulations guarantee the Users the following rights:

  • Access: Allows the User to know what information is held, where it has been obtained, to whom it has been provided and for what uses it has been processed.
  • Rectification: Allows the User to rectify any erroneous or outdated data.
  • Deletion: Allows the User to stop the processing of their data.

  • Limitation: Allows the User to restrict the processing of their data, but in such a way that they are kept for a later purpose.
  • Portability: Allows the User to obtain a copy of their data in electronic format and, under certain circumstances, to request that it be communicated to another service provider. It is only applicable to computerized processing carried out with the consent of the User or for the performance of a contract.
  • Revocation of consent: Allows the User to withdraw the consent that, where appropriate, has been given for the processing of their data. These rights require the ability to identify the User requesting them and to link their identity to the data processed by Líbere Hospitality.

However, Líbere Hospitality cannot establish this link to the processed data by simply accessing the Website, unless the User can provide certain documents that allow identification (e.g. a certificate from their internet access provider showing the IP address assigned to the user at a specific date and time).

Líbere Hospitality uses Cookies and other similar mechanisms for storing and retrieving data on terminal equipment (hereinafter, Cookies).

Cookies are files that are downloaded to the User's browser and can be read later by Líbere Hospitality. In this way, Cookies enable various functions, such as the recognition of a User who has previously visited the Website and the analysis of the use of the web service in order to improve it.

However, it is not possible to determine the identity of the user from the Cookies used by Líbere Hospitality, unless the User provides additional information by other means that could be linked to the downloaded Cookies.

5.2. Website forms:

Líbere Hospitality has various contact and information request forms on its Website through which personal data is collected.

Líbere Hospitality will process the data provided through these forms, in order to meet the request for contact.

  • Legal basis that legitimizes the processing: the consent of the User expressed at the time of sending your request for contact.
  • Retention period: the data will be processed for the time necessary to resolve the User's request for contact. Subsequently, they will be blocked and kept for the legally established period for the attention of the possible responsibilities derived from the treatment.
